Cannabis based mayo that you can use in other recipes or as a dressing.
2 Cups Canna Mayo

1 cup cannabis oil
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt
1. Whisk egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, vinegar and mustard together thoroughly.
2. Add the cannabis oil slowly while whisking constantly.
3. Whisk until the canna mayo begins to thicken. Add a few drops of water if consistency is too thick.
4. Store canna mayo in an air-tight container.
5. Chill in refrigerator before use.
