


No-Bake Canna Cookies
A comforting spin on your Grandma’s weekend counter cookies.
Yield: 24 -36 COOKIES
Prep Time: 5 MINUTES
Cook/Cool Time: 45 MINUTES
Total Time: 50 MINUTES
Cookies:
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup canna butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
pinch of salt
3 tsp vanilla extract
4 TBS cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
Directions:
Add canna butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and salt to a medium saucepan.
Bring contents of saucepan to a simmer for about a minute.
Set aside.
Mix in, one ingredient at a time, peanut butter, vanilla, and rolled oats.
On a piece of parchment paper, place two tablespoon sized cookies one to two inches apart.
Cool 45 minutes.
Store at in refrigerator or at room temperature.
